Replaced shingles with Certainteed Landmark - Georgetown Gray.
Installed Copper Chimney Flashing.
This 2-story home in Sinking Springs had several things going for it. The landscaping looked beautiful, the siding was spotless, and windows were new. The only issue the home had was that the roof was outdated. Middle Creek Roofing quickly sent out a crew after receiving the initial phone call and then installed a new roof replacement with Ownes Corning Sand Dune Shingles with copper valleys and vent accents. The homeowners were thrilled with the results and were really grateful that our crew cleaned up so well and left no trace behind!
When these homeowners were ready to have their roof replaced, our crew went in and replaced the shingles with GAF Ultra shingles in the color Slate. We also replaced the gable vinyl siding with Certainteed Cedar Impressions® shingles in Colonial White. Now, this home looks fresher and brighter!
This home started with a very dark roofing shingle. After the roof experienced some wear and tear, the homeowners decided to call us up and get a full roof replacement. We were happy to help. They chose to go with a lighter shingle that doesn't overpower the look of the house with darkness. Their new roof will last them for years to come.
We installed the Owens Corning Tru-Definition Duration shingles in Driftwood along with Almond for the drip edge on the roof of this spacious brick home. As you can see by the before picture, the shingles were really starting to wear down in some areas and loosen the granulars. That's a pretty good sign that your roof should be replaced.
