This impressive home in Hershey not only had an existing roofing system that had begun to fade, it was also experiencing quite a bit of staining. The owners gave Middle Creek Roofing a call and we replaced the roof with GAF Timberline HD Biscayne Blue Architectural Shingles. The final product looks amazing! They are thrilled with their roof replacement, and we were happy to help!
What a difference it can make just by adding little finishing touches to your home. The shingle shade is not far from the old shingles but look at the Bay widow roof - wow what a difference just painting that has made to this home. The customer chose GAF architectural shingle color - weatherwood, new aluminum drip edging along the entire perimeter of the roof - color desert sand and also had metal bay window roof painted - Burgundy. This painting and roof replacement update was just what this home needed!
Finishing up the installation of a new roof on this home just before dusk with the Holiday season fast approaching. We installed the Owens Corning Tru-Definition Slate Stone Gray shingles with Silver Gray for the drip edge. The crew also installed 2 bathroom exhaust vents to the rear of the roof. When talking with the customer the next morning to see how things went, he stated, "he couldn't wait to wake up this morning and go out to see the roof in the daylight and they just love it and wished everyone at Middle Creek Roofing a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!"
Installed on this barn roof were the corrugated metal roofing panels in barn red. Before the new roof install the crews had to remove an additional layer of materials and install 136 pices of 2"x4"x16' to minimize the humps and dips. Also installed were new 2"x6"x16' faceboards at the eaves. Also getting installed were 6" k-gutters and downspouts.
Installed on the home were Everlast Standing Seam Metal panels in Forest Green. What other color for this beautiful home located nestled in the hills of Mount Gretna, Pa. Installed along with the new roofing panels were snow guards to prevent the ice and snow from sliding off the roof in large sections. Also installed on the homes flat roofing section of the home was the EPDM rubber roofing membrane system.
