Homeowner called in and requested that we come out and look over her roof. She stated that the roof was shingled and they did have an active leak. 

Our technician went out and inspected the roof and found that the ridge vent was bad. We were able to replace the ridge vent and capping. We also replaced a bad pipe boot. Since we corrected these issues on the roof this should alleviate the leaking that the homeowner was experiencing.
