Homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and provide them with an estimate for replacing their roof. Homeowner stated that the current roof was about 30 years old and was in need of replacement. 

Our roof inspection showed that there were some loose shingles as well as some granular loss. It was our recommendation that they replace the entire roofing system.
