Middle Creek Roofing Case Studies: Shingle Roof Inspection

Homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and look over his garage roof. Homeowner stated that the roof was actively leaking. 

Our roof inspection showed that there was an area around the pipe boot that needed to be sealed up. There were also shingles that were missing and some that had slid down the wall. Multiple spots showed exposed nails that needed to be sealed as well. Our recommendation was to apply sealant on all exposed nails, seal the base of the pipe boot and replace all the missing and loose shingles.
