Homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and look over their current shingled roof. Homeowner believes that it is at the end of its life span and needs to be replaced. 

Our roof inspection shows that the shingled roof was actively leaking and beyond repair. Shingles were missing along the edge of the roofing system. Shingles were also losing granules. It was our recommendation that the entire shingled roof be replaced.
