Homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and look over their shingled roof. They stated that they were experiencing some leaking. 

Our roof inspection showed that the shingles were at the end of their life. The base of the pipe boot was deteriorated and allowing water inside the home. Old style metal ridge vent was also installed. It was our recommendation that the homeowner replace the entire shingled roof.
