Homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and evaluate their porch roof. Stated that the roof is older and they noticed that the roof is becoming brittle. 

Middle Creek Roofing completed an inspection of the porch roof at the property and found that the shingles no longer had a seal on them. The inspection further showed that there were exposed nails and many shingles that were loose. Our recommendation was that the shingled porch roof be replaced.
