Homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out assess their shingled roof. They did note that they believe that they were ready for a replacement. Homeowner also noted that there was a leak that they were experiencing. 

Middle Creek went out and inspected the shingle roof and did advise that it was ready for replacement. There was some interior leaking noticed in the attic area.
