Middle Creek Roofing Case Studies: Shingled Roof Inspection

Homeowner contacted Middle Creek Roofing and requested that we come out and provide them with an assessment of their shingled roof. Homeowner noted that the roof was currently about 30 years old, and they had some shingles missing. 

Middle Creek completed an evaluation of the shingled roof, and it revealed that the roof was in fact in need of replacement. There were a few sections where there were shingles missing and also some spots where the shingles no longer were sealed. We were able to provide the homeowner with some replacement options.
