Challenge

Homeowner requested that we come out and assess his ridge vent. Homeowner stated that he believes the leaking that he was experiencing was the result of his ridge vent failing. 

Solution

Middle Creek went out and inspected the ridge cap on the metal roof and determined that it should be replaced. We were able to complete the ridge cap replacement for the homeowner in July 2020. Homeowner was very relieved that he would no longer have to worry about a leaking roof!
