Homeowner contacted Middle Creek Roofing and requested that we come out and assess their shingled roof which was about 23 years old with some leaking noted at the dormers. 

Middle Creek completed an evaluation of the shingled roof and advised that the roof was at the end of its life and should be replaced. There were areas of the roof that were severely damaged. Middle Creek was able to provide the homeowner with some replacement options.
