Photo Album: New Corrugated Metal Roof Installed on this home in Harrisburg, Pa

Album Description

Customer called in stating their house is a ranch style with a shingle roof. Roof is 20 years old. The solar fan was installed about 20 years ago and during heavy rains it leaks into the bathroom. Had someone else out twice. Middle Creek Roofing sent out one of the service technicians and through this process, with the age of the roof and all, the homeowners decided to have a new roof installed. Instead of going with shingles again they opted to do a corrugated metal roof in the slate blue color. They also asked if we could re-construct the front porch roof, making it a pitched roof instead of the existing nearly flat one. This was completed by our crews before the new roof was installed. Once completed the roof material was installed along with the re-flashing of the chimney, some sidewall flashings, new ultimate pipe boots, a new Breeze solar attic fan, 2 Broan exhaust vents and snow guards for the metal on the garage roof. On the gable end of the new porch we installed scalloped hardy boards in pacific blue color with white accents. When all was finished the customer called back in stating they love everything we did and were wondering if we could install new gutters on the front of the home. They chose the heritage blue gutter to match the roofing material and they were installed a few days after the roof was completed.
