Installed on the home were Everlast Standing Seam Metal panels in Forest Green. What other color for this beautiful home located nestled in the hills of Mount Gretna, Pa. Installed along with the new roofing panels were snow guards to prevent the ice and snow from sliding off the roof in large sections. Also installed on the homes flat roofing section of the home was the EPDM rubber roofing membrane system.
Installed on this roof were the corrugated metal roofing panels in gallery blue color. Also installed were all new soffit and fascia trims and to help with the falling leaves and them piling up in the gutters we also installed leaf guards on all the existing gutters.
This transformation from asphalt shingles to standing seam metal on this home was amazing! Middle Creek was called out to inspect and give the customer an estimate to have a new roof installed. The work consisted of installing 15 new sheets of plywood, replacing a few rafters, installing some aluminum fascia and adding 4" of spray foam insulation to the east side of the home along with adding snowbirds to the metal roof and installing new gutters and downspouts. Customer chose to go with the Mansard Brown for the standing seam metal color and Royal Brown for the gutters and downspouts. Customer was very pleased with the results!!!!!

Middle Creek Roofing recently installed a corrugated metal roofing system on this main house roof in barn red color to match the existing metal on the barn roof. The crew also removed the current front dormers from the building and added snow guards to prevent the snow and ice from from sliding down and falling off the roof - an event that is dangerous to people below and that can damage the building and the building components.
