Roof Repair Case Studies: Flat Roof Inspection

Building owner contacted us and requested that we come out and make some repairs on their flat rubber roof. They noted that there was some leaking at the corner of the building. 

Middle Creek Roofing went out and completed a roof inspection and noted that there were multiple seams that needed to be patched with seam tape. Installing seam tape around the vent pipes and damaged roof seams will correct the issue they are having with their leaking.
