Roof Replacement Case Studies: Shingled Roof Inspection

Challenge

Homeowner called and stated that he would like us to come out and look over his roof. Homeowner noted that the roof was about 12 years old and shingled. There were some issues with streaking and some leaking. 

Solution

Middle Creek went out and completed an inspection on the roof and noted that there was some streaking on the roof and that the shingles were losing their granules and getting close to the end of their life. We recommended that the shingled roof be replaced.
