Roof Replacement Case Studies: Shingled Roof Inspection

Homeowner contacted Middle Creek and requested that we come out and look over their roof. Homeowner noted that the roof that was currently on there was only 8 years old, but they believe that it was installed improperly. 

Middle Creek went out and inspected the shingle roof and was able to provide the homeowner with some partial roof replacement options. the roof overall was not in too bad of shape. There were some areas on the shingles that were not nailed properly and some other areas that were showing signs of wear. We recommended to replace a few sections that were in need of replacement.
