Shingle Roof Inspection- Richboro, PA

The homeowner called Middle Creek Roofing and requested that we come out and assess their shingled roof. The homeowner noted that the roof was about 21 years old with 2 skylights.

Middle Creek went out and did a full assessment of the roof and it showed a few things that needed to be corrected. There was some chimney flashing that was previously installed on the roof that was needing to be replaced. There were also some shingles that were in need of repair. We were able to provide the homeowner with a roof report along with some options to correct the issues that they were experiencing.

**Photo shows the bad chimney flashing that was currently installed on the roof and is in need of replacement.

Shingle Roof Inspection- Bristol, PA

The homeowner contacted Middle Creek Roofing and requested that we come out and provide them with some options for correcting some previous roof repairs that were completed on their roof from another contractor. The homeowner noted that the roof that was currently installed on the roof was shingled and about 9 years old.

Middle Creek completed their roof assessment and advised that there were multiple problems with the roof. There were areas where large chunks of the shingles were missing, exposed nails, and other areas where there were large amounts of black roof sealant used to "seal" parts of the roof, inducing the pipe boots. Our recommendation was to remove the existing shingled roof and replace it with a new shingled roof including the pipe boot.

**Photos attached show the areas where the shingles were damaged, exposed nails, and also where excessive roof sealant was used.
