The new homeowners of an old farmhouse were interested in replacing their roof. They noticed that a section was bulging, and although there was no leak, they were concerned that one would eventually form. They called Middle Creek Roofing to come out for a free estimate. They wanted to replace three sections of the roof, as well as the wrap around porch with an updated standing metal seam roof. The current roof was metal, but it had started to rust and flake away at the edges. The home also had only one gutter, but it wasn't hung correctly. With calling us, they were able to quickly get a response to their concerns.

 Installed were the Owens Corning Tru-Definition Duration shingles in Black Onxy along with white for the drip edge and copper pipe boots.

Customer wanted a quote to replace the roof on this old stone farmhouse built into a bank with a 2 story front height and a 3 story height in the back w/ 2 opening skylights. The roof is 25+ yrs old and they would like to replace it with standing seam. Installation was completed on February 5th and installed was the standing seam metal in Colonial Red along with 2 top hinged skylight and 24 snow guards on the front side of the home only. 

The homeowner contracted Middle Creek Roofing to install a new rubber roofing system on their home. Their previous roof was rolled asphalt. The homeowner noted that the previous roof was old and needed to be replaced. We were able to get the roof completed for them in September 2021. The homeowner was very happy with the completed project and will no longer have to worry about water leaking into their home.

We installed a .060 mil black rubber roofing system. 

Middle Creek Roofing installed new roofs on both this home as well as the garage. Installed on the home were the Owens Corning Tru-Definition Duration shingles in the Onyx Black color along with a white drip edge. Installed on the garage roof were the Owens Corning shingles in the Terra Cotta color along with Musket Brown drip edge. Also installed were an OC ice & water shield, OC ProArmor underlayment, ultimate pipe flanges, new chimney flashing, and a new cupola on the garage roof with an attached weather vein.

Homeowner requested that Middle Creek Roofing come out and replace the ridge vent on their shingled roof. 

Middle Creek Roofing completed an inspection of the roof and was able to get the ridge vent replaced on the roof. Photos show the process during the installation as well as the final result. 

We replaced these homeowners roof a few years ago and they recently called us because they had a lot of storm damage from a tree falling on the roof. We installed Owens Corning TruDef Shingles in the color Brownwood.

Shingle Roof Installation completed in Mohnton, PA. 

Homeowner previously had an older shingled roof that was in need of replacement. There were also areas of the roof that had rotten decking that needed replacement. We were able to get the roof installed in just one day even replacing some rotten decking. Homeowner selected Owens Corning TruDef Shingles in the color Estate Gray. Homeowner contacted us and stated that they would like us to come out and remove all of the debris from their metal roof and then install a tarp over it for now. Our technician arrived and was able to get the roof free of debris and then install a tarp to ensure that the metal roof would not leak for now. Check out the amount of debris that was removed.
