A homeowner in Chester Springs, PA called in Middle Creek Roofing after an intense storm dropped hail on their house. The hail ended up damaging shingles which were visible with dents and even some tears. Tree debris also fell on the roofing causing damage to many shingles on the roof top.  After meeting with our inspectors the homeowners decided a complete roof replacement was the route they wanted to take.

Middle Creek Roofing installed the roof in 2 days and used tarping to make clean up a breeze. The homeowner was very happy with the result and with the job we did cleaning after the job was completed.

Referred from a friend many years ago, we got a call from a potential customer interested in a complete roof replacement. Usually, we get calls from people knowing what they want, but this customer was still torn between a regular asphalt shingle roof or going in a completely different direction with a metal roof. He currently had an asphalt roof, but was interested in hearing the benefits of a metal roof. We immediately set up an appointment with him to come out for a free estimate and provide him with the differences between the two different types of roofing options. 

We had a customer reach out to us because they needed a roof inspection done and needed it done by a certain day. They were trying to put their home on the market, but wanted to make sure that they had everything taken care of first. The original roof was installed in August of 1993. Our professionals would go out there and make sure to thoroughly check his roof for any damage, missing shingles, or anything else that may come up.

A customer called in to schedule an appointment to have his roof replaced. He was in need of an entirely new roof including new standing seam metal, new plywood, new rafters, foam insulation, some fascia replacement and new gutters and downspouts. He was very happy with everyone and the job in general. He stated the office personnel, Jodi & Tammy, both were very pleasant to talk to and answered all his questions & kept him informed of schedule changes. He also stated that Abner and his crew sincerely listened and understood what he wanted to be done and did it. Thumbs up to Abner! The cleanup process when the job was done, he couldn't find a single piece of anything that was missed, like they were never there. He chose Middle Creek Roofing because of the knowledge of products and the method of installation.

Our crews were out about a year ago and installed a new Owens Corning Architectural asphalt shingle roof on a Turnpike Service Plaza building. The shingle color was the Owens Corning Tru Definition Durantion Designer Series shingles in the color "storm cloud".

Installed on this roof in Malvern, PA was the Owens Corning Tru-Definition shingle in the Driftwood color along with Almond for the drip edge.

Customer called in for an estimate to have a new roof installed on his Cape cod style home. The current roof is about 21 years old and has asphalt shingles now but he is looking to replace with standing seam metal. He also believes some of the plywood will need be replaced and is looking to go with maybe a 1/2-3/4 inch treated plywood. He would also like to have the chimney re-flashed with tall flashing. He explained he is having some gutter issues he would like to talk to us about. He is looking to get 3 estimates and is not looking at the overall price but more the quality of work. In order to complete this project, first we needed to install 3 new rafters that were bad in the attic and then 15 sheets of new plywood.  We also replaced the missing fascia beside the chimney and on the gable end where a piece had been missing. Also added was 4" of spray insulation on the top of the drywall on the east side of the house across from the flat roof section. And for the finishing touches all new gutters, downspout with elbows were installed in the royal brown color and snow guards were added to the front of the main house roofs. Customer was very satisfied and loved his new looking roof.

Customer call in requesting an estimate to put a cedar shake roof on this home and Hardy Plank Siding. She would also be interested in pricing out a metal roof. She loves the look of the cedar, but understands the metal would wear better. Andrea just moved into this house a short period ago, she does not know how old the roof is. The home was built in the early 1900's. There is attic access. The previous owner had a leak or two that they fixed with some kind of clear substance because she can see the light coming through. Middle Creek Roofing waas honored the joba dn installed a new cedar shake roof along with hardy plank siding, cooper flashings, pipe boots, a copper standing seam porch roof and all new copper gutters. What a beautiful transformation to this already welcoming home.

Middle Creek Roofing framed a newly constructed roof over the garage area on this home and installed copper metal roofing panels as well as metal sidewall flashing. Also installed was a copper metal roof over the bay window roof.
