A homeowner in Lafayette Hill, PA reached out to us after having some concerns with their roofing shingles Our usual action plan is to set up an appointment time that works for the customer. We would come on out and inspect their roof and let them know the results of our findings. Typically, many times people think they just need a repair done. However, they aren't always able to see what is going on underneath the shingle and their small repair actually requires a full roof replacement. We offer a vast array of shingles and are sure to have something that fits what you're looking for. 

Martin was in the process of buying a house, but upon inspection, he was told that he needs new flashing and a cap. He called Middle Creek Roofing to come out for a free estimate as to what it would be for a full roof replacement. The current home uses asphalt shingles and he was interested in the same thing, We scheduled him for an appointment around a time that worked best for him.

Customer called in to Middle Creek Roofing looking for an estimate to have their 30+ year old roof replaced. Once meeting with the salesman they had decided to hire our crews to complete the work. The project in all took about 2 weeks in all with some weather delays. On the main upper house roof and the garage roof we installed 35 SQ of the CertainTeed Grand Manor shingle in Black Pearl color along with White for the drip edge. Also installed were all Diamond Deck sythetic underlayment, Winter Guard ice & water shield, air vent 2 baffled filtered hand nailed ridge vent, wall of which are Certainteed products. Before the new roof could be installed all new sheathing was required. Copper valleys and chimney flashings were installed to accent the roof and on the lower 1st story roofs 15 SQ of standing seam metal was installed in the Matte Black. The customer was so happy with the accents already on the home they later decided to add all new 6" half round copper gutters and downspouts and to really top thing off there were 2 finials added to the eaves of the home.

The customer called in stating there are a few shingles missing from his roof and would like to have a Technician come out to repair them. Middle Creek roofing sent one of the Technicians out to replace the missing shingles which will prevent the roof from leaking.

A previous customer called in stating a tree fell on their newly installed roof by Middle Creek Roofing that was installed in 2010. The call came in in June of 2020 and the crews went out and did an emergency tarping on this area. Once the customer was able to contact their insurance company they hired Middle Creek Roofing to repair this area of roofing. The affected area needed all new plywood, shingles, and underlayment.

A customer called Middle Creek Roofing stated he would like a free estimate for a new roof. His current roof has some leaking in multiple areas and he believes there is some plywood/rafter damage. We have honored the job and completed the new roof install in 2020. Two layers of shingles were removed and 5 sheets of CDX plywood were replaced before the new roof could be installed.

A customer called Middle Creek Roofing wanting to have an estimate to have their slate roof repaired on the upper main roof of their home, as some of the tiles were either broken or slid out of place. The crew went out and installed 30 new slate tiles to replace the damaged ones. They also applied sealant along the flashings and replaced the existing exposed nails with copper ring shank nails.

In the Fall of 2019, Middle Creek Roofing installed a new roof on the 19 SQ home. Installed were the Owens Corning Tru-Definition Duration shingles in the Estate Gray color along with Charcoal Gray Drip Edge. Also installed were a new copper pipe flange and Charcoal Gray chimney flashing. 

A customer called Middle Creek Roofing to get an estimate to replace the flat roof on his home with a new rubber roof that was currently leaking. In March 2022 the new roof was installed. The crew removed the existing roofing materials and found a lot of the plywood sheathing underneath was bad and needed to be replaced before installing the new rubber roofing system. Also installed before the new rubber roofing system was a 1/2" ISO board, metal edging, termination bar, flashing, and accessories.

Customer called into Middle Creek Roofing stating she would like an estimate for a new roof. The current roof is leaking so they had a piece of metal installed till the new roof can be completed. In May 2022 we installed a corrugated metal roof in the Tan color. Before the new roof could be installed we had to install some new plywood where the roof had rotted and was tarped. Also installed was new chimney flashing to match the metal color.

The homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and provide them with an estimate for replacing their existing shingled roof with a new shingled roof. The homeowner noted that the roof is older and did not currently have ridge vents and he would want them installed on the new roof as well. 

Middle Creek went out and was able to provide him with an estimate for his project and then get that completed for him in December 2020.

The homeowner contacted us to come out and provide him with an estimate on replacing his roof. The homeowner noted that the roof is currently shingled, and he would like to replace it with Standing Seam. Middle Creek went out and assessed the current shingled roof and provided the homeowner with a quote to complete a Standing Seam roof. We were able to get the roof replaced for the homeowner in April 2021. The homeowner was very happy with the end result and look of his new roofing system.

The homeowner contracted us to come out and replace the shingled roof on their home. We installed a new Owens Corning TruDef Duration Shingle on the main portion of the house and an Everlast Standing Seam porch roof to accent the home. The homeowner was thrilled with their new roof, even the neighbors commented on the look and craftsmanship of their new roof!  

The homeowner contacted us to provide them with an estimate for replacing their shingled roof. The roof was older and previously patched in multiple areas. 

The homeowner contracted us to replace the rubber roof on his rental property. The owner stated that the roof was at least 15 years old and needed to be replaced. Middle Creek did provide an assessment of the existing rubber roof and advised that it should in fact be replaced with new EPDM fully adhered rubber roofing. The existing rubber showed areas of ponding on the roof as well as areas where the rubber was cracked. Middle Creek was able to provide some replacement options to the homeowner and get the work completed for him in March 2021.

The homeowner contacted Middle Creek Roofing and requested that we come out and evaluate the shingled roof. Middle Creek went out and assessed the shingled roof and advised that due to the condition of the shingles and the age of the roof that it should be replaced. Middle Creek was able to provide the homeowner with some options for the replacement. 

In December 2020 a customer called in stating they would like an estimate for a roof repair, the flashing around the pipe flange joint is bad and leaking into their home. The customer made a decision to have the pipe flange installed which was completed a week after the contract was signed and materials were ordered to match the existing roof shingles as best possible.

The homeowner contracted Middle Creek Roofing to repair some damaged shingled areas on their roof. There were some areas where the shingles were in need of repair due to them being torn and or missing. A branch punctured a shingle section on the roof as well that needed to be repaired. Middle Creek was able to get the repairs completed for the homeowner in January 2020.

The homeowner contracted us to replace his existing shingled roof. The homeowner noted that the previous roof was at least 18 years old and there was some leaking around the skylights as well as the chimney. Middle Creek was able to get the new roof installed for him in December 2020 with Owens Corning TruDef Duration Shingles in the color Brownwood. The homeowner was very happy with the finished product and relieved that they would no longer have to worry about a leaking roof. 

Middle Creek Roofing installed a new roof on this garage in the Fall of 2022. First, they had to remove 2 layers of existing roofing materials. Since the structure was really bad, we needed to sister in the rafters on the upper slope roof and also brace them across the center at the ridge and install new support beams. Once the framing was completed, they installed all new plywood using h-clips. The customer chose the Owens Corning Estate Gray shingle along with a new white drip edge. They also re-secure some of the soffit and siding. Our crew did an amazing job!

The homeowner contacted us and requested that we come out and look over their slate roof. The homeowner advised that there were some areas that were missing slates and needed attention. Middle Creek was able to go out and assess the roof and provide the homeowner with some options for repairing the slate roof and was able to get that completed for them.

Homeowner contacted Middle Creek Roofing and requested that we come out and inspect their gazebo roof. Homeowner stated that there were currently cedar shakes on there and some were missing, and others were loose. Upon Middle Creek Roofing completing the inspection it was noted that there were also large amounts of moss on the cedar shakes. It was the recommended that the cedar shake roof be replaced.
